## 2026-07-23 — Iro 3.0: the gamified AI fluency update

- The app now plays like a full learning game: chunkier Duolingo-style lesson nodes on a clearer path map, with chests and rewards along the route.
- The battery paces the free tier. Iro Pro is unlimited lessons, so you can learn as fast as you want.
- Navigation is now three tabs: Learn (paths and 5-minute lessons), Train (Prompt Lab, prompt practice, timed duels), and Progress (Operator Build, stats, achievements, certificates).
- Operator Build: every user gets a visible AI skill profile scored across prompting, tools, automation, creative AI, and work skills.
- Website refreshed to match: stacked-phone app showcase, rank-quiz styling, and the gold Iro Pro band.

## 2026-07-07 — Custom Paths, Ask Iro voice, and the Iro web app

- Custom Paths: type any topic and Iro generates a complete, structured learning path — 5 bite-sized lessons, a quiz, and a recap card — in seconds. Path generation is a Pro feature.
- Ask Iro voice mode: the built-in AI coach now supports spoken conversations in addition to chat.
