Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Iro account and all associated data at any time. Just send us a quick email and we’ll take care of it.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@tryiro.com from the address associated with your Iro account with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
We’ll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.
What Gets Deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile — email, display name, and account credentials
- Learning progress — lesson completion and node map state
- XP — all experience points earned
- Streaks — daily streak history and streak freezes
- Duels — match history and duel stats
- Rank — current tier and rank progression data
- Prompt Lab data — saved prompts and evaluation history
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
Iro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by Iro directly. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings:
- iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
